In order to secure my services for your date, a non-refundable booking fee to be paid no later than 7 days after your initial enquiry and estimate via bank transfer. If no payment is received within this 7 days, your date will be released and available for booking by other clients. The remaining balance is to be paid no later than 6 weeks before your event date. Last minute bookings (those with 6 weeks or less until the date of event) are payable in full up-front in order to secure the date. The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be advised, dates and scheduled times will only be reserved when a booking fee is received.
A fee will be charged for locations outside of a 5 mile travel radius of GL7 7BZ. The amount charged is currently 60p per mile. All costs for travel to a booked event are to be paid by client. Costs may include, but not limited to: airfare, hotel, transportation and parking.
Trials are available and it is suggested that you book this well in advance to ensure your requirements are met.
Anna White Make Up and Hair reserves the right to terminate this contract for any non-compliance of terms, contract will become void and all monies given are non-refundable. This booking arrangement cannot be changed after the artist/s arrives for the appointment. If Anna White Make Up and Hair can no longer perform services for any reason, she will provide a recommendation for a replacement artist, it is at the client’s discretion whether they go ahead with the replacement artist. Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the booking fee in the instance where Anna White Make Up and Hair has to cancel is the only liability to Anna White Make Up and Hair and any and all of its owners, employees and agents. Cancelation of a Wedding event within 6 months of the day will result in loss of deposit. As a gesture of good, however, if Anna White can resell the day the deposit shall be returned after successful completion of the replacement clients event.
SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Location of service for the day-of-event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements the artist needs to complete the service. A set up table/work area needs to be made available for the artist at said location. Working electrical outlets must also be made available for use by the artist if hair is part of the services of the booking. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly.
All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitised between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the artist at point of booking and, if need be, a sample test of makeup/hair products may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Anna White Make Up and Hair, from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
The final balance is due 6 weeks before the event date – no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has paid the initial booking fee. Acceptable forms of payment are bank transfer only. Receipt of payment confirms agreement to these terms.
COVID-19. In light of recent issues regarding the pandemic booking fees may be deferred (subject to availability for a maximum of 12 months) but not refunded. Please ensure your Wedding insurance covers these items. Please note a surcharge may be payable for parties of 3 or more to cover the cost of extra measures put in place for hygiene. Weddings that have been cancelled due to Lockdown, March - September inclusive, are entitled to a full refund. Wedding dates that are moved are entitled to transfer of deposit SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. If the new date is not available the deposit will be lost (see cancellation policy regarding resale of dates)
